Our scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request you notifying us 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your first appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee. The amount of the fee is determined by the amount of time we had scheduled for you.
