Letter to our current patients
Dear Patients and Friends,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your trust and confidence in permitting me to take care of your dental needs throughout the years. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement from dentistry. Because I want to be certain that my patients continue to receive the best possible care, I have carefully evaluated a number of candidates who were interested in assuming my practice. I have selected Dr. Shermineh Zadeh whom I believe possesses the highest qualifications and is extremely well skilled in all phases of dentistry. Dr. Zadeh shares the same philosophies regarding patient oral health as me and she will provide patients with the type of care that I would want them to have.
Dr. Zadeh is a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry with Honors. Dr. Zadeh graduated in the top 3 percent of her class and she holds both Bachelor of Science from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) from University of Tehran.
I feel confident that Dr. Zadeh will continue to provide you and your family with the best dental care possible. Dr. Zadeh and the rest of the staff will be contacting you for your next regularly scheduled visit.

About Ira J. Moin, DDS – Prosthodontist
Dr. Ira J. Moin has been treating dental patients for 30 years. He proudly serves the community of Encino, CA as a prosthodontist and experienced dental health care professional. In 1977, Dr. Moin graduated in the top 1 percent of his class from the National University School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then went on to complete postdoctoral training in prosthodontics at the New York University School of Dentistry in 1979. In 1985, Dr. Moin began his private practice and has been continuing his education at the University of Southern California. He has received advanced training in dental implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, periodontal surgery, gum grafting, and more.
Dr. Moin is a leading cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentist and an experienced prosthodontist. A prosthodontist focuses on the restoration of oral functions by creating prosthesis or tooth-like solutions (implants) and restorations that help patients to chew, eat, speak and maintain their facial profile. Dr. Moin has enjoyed employing his advanced training in prosthodontics to help patients improve their quality of life. He also focuses on patient comfort and making sure patients are completely satisfied with the care they receive.
Dr. Moin is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He holds specialized certifications in prosthodontics, implant dentistry, and more.
